do you have facts to back this up or is this your typical racist sentiment biased by the general demographics of the howard student and the wanger student?

what was howard last year - you know, when we played them and therefore would be more relevant that what they are now. jerk

EDIT - per the picture pages, current wanger is 234 and howard is 240 (which still holds barely any relevance)

There's a pulldown menu for prior years on Sagarin's site.

and it says last year wanger was better than howard and currently wanger is better than howard.

therefore, we could very easily lose this game. i hope the throw game is sharp and ready to play some "catch up ball" (but likely "drop the ball")

Wagner lost to the Mauling Mormons last season 70-6. In 2014, they played something called Alderson Broaddus. I'll leave ghost to answer where Alderson Broaddus.

He's great with the media because they don't call him on it. Only the four of us on this site care enough to read through the BS.

why does inoffensive, generic coach speak bother people so much? He never says anything important and never will and he's right alongside most college coaches with that.

I could've run for over 100 yards last year against Howard. Some of the running spaces opened by the OLine I could've driven my soon to be made Model 3 through.

We're going to win like 70 or 80 to 0 and it will be a complete and total waste of time.

I am counting on DGF to sneak the gin into the upper deck, we are going to need it.

48 replies to this post and it is only Tuesday evening. My guess is actual attendance will be 25K and that only because it's the first home game of the year.

The only value in these games is we can go full speed at least for a half and not care about injuries, unlike in practices.

Though I for one started feeling bad about all the injured Howard players last year. It felt like at least one player went down per drive, and some of the hits were just difficult to watch.

BC only had 15,000 fans at Gillette, about 5,000 less than 2014. I think our attendance drops another 10-15% this year compared to last year. I doubt any game will hit 40,000, even Clemson. It's not just losing that contributes to falling attendance. The stadium has zero amenities. Parking sucks, food sucks and no beer sales. Even with a losing team the opponent is worth seeing (Clemson, Louisville), but still the attendance drops year over year and the AD rolls out the same offerings year after year after year.

Because when you win, your performance on the field speaks for itself and you can get away with "awwshucks-isms" and "well we gotta lotta word to do's."

When you are a shocking embarrassment, people tend to expect a real explanation as to why you squeezed out a mutant stillbirth of a performance.
