The hockey decision should effectively be made by JY, he deserves the right to name his successor.

If he can raise money (HJS is correct it's a diff scenario here than at B1G state schools where he has been) hopefully the other decisions are easier. He needs to hit the ground running to be set up for a potential FB change post '17 with certain individuals out there potentially looking for work. I've been told by someone in CT close to Addazio he is very concerned with Bates being out in regards to his employment going forward, he sees the writing on the wall

That's what I was getting at. Regardless of it being Brown or not, I would trust JY over a 37 year old (FB first) AD in his first role (quite frankly, over whoever they select as AD).

It's been 24-hours. No press conference scheduled. Heck, no real corroboration beyond 28 and Thamel. I'm guessing this isn't happening. If it doesn't, Jarmond's agents just got this kid a ton of free press. And, he'll get even more when the media writes a bunch of subsequent articles about how BC fucked up and what an absolute shit-show the athletic department is.

I told you what I knew of who was supposedly involved. Never had Jarmond's name and was specifically told neither Jackson or Corrigan were involved. The info seems to have been far off up until this point. So... I hope it continues. I truthfully would have no problem with Jackson, Corrigan or Jarmond (with Corrigan probably my top choice). But, this is BC. I'm sure Bill will eff this up and hire ILikeBC's ex-girlfriend (possibly because there would be no temptation there).
