Oregon is a shitty job with a lot of cash to cover the fact that it is a shitty job

Seems like an Illinois situation here. Treatment of players-related.

As I have said all along, AD's are not trained to run corporations. There really needs to be VP's for athletics with corporate backgrounds preferably in sales. AD's are in way over their heads.

Saw a couple of tweets wrt the IU coach's firing and how he treated players. one basically said that the coach ripped a helmet off of a player, spat on the kid's jersey and punched him in the chest.

Tommy Tuberville (29-22 in 4-years at Cincy) decides to step down.

Wonder if we should extend Daz to make sure he isn't wooed by yet another Dream Job in a city known for good macaroni.

Wake me when one of the "Good For New England" types that people here (and Blogboy) routinely champion get even A cursory head coaching interview at a Big 5 program.

Nice to know an AAC team has loftier aims than an ACC program who only fields a team to cash TV revenue checks.

Leahy has made it a point to force every BC grad out of the athletic department starting with Chet Gladchuk and JOB. He hates hockey, totally snubbed JY on his 1,000th win and he could care less how bad the programs have become. We need BC people running BC!

Can't be any more stupid than "Be a Dude." I still don't have any idea what that is supposed to mean. I guess that automatically disqualifies me from dude-dom.
