It is this. His play at QB almost made me stop watching BC Football it was so bad.

We have enough slow white WRs, please get rid of him.

Glad to see his decision making off the field is as good as it was on the field.

So you see this as a good thing?

he's probably mad flutie didn't die. after all, bad play on the football field should carry a death sentence.

looks like we didn't get results of his breathaliyzer because troy refused it

http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/artic ... /160528815

this totally sounds like something they could have handled out of the courts and records so troy was either a total asshole when he got out of the car ("do you know who i am") or sgt robert hoffman jr doesn't like troy. as dr heppy, md might say - he's likely a bc fan

After Flutie was released to his mother on Saturday, about three hours after his arrest, he still exhibited signs of being drunk, Hoffman wrote.

“While escorting the defendant down the hallway to the front lobby, he was noticeably veering from one side to the other,” according to the report.

In his report, Sgt. Robert Hoffman Jr. wrote that he saw the Passat hit the curbing and continue to drive until Hoffman pulled it over.

When questioned, Flutie appeared to be “unaware of his surroundings,” and said he did not realize he had been involved in the crash.

I'm not going to defend Flutie, but... that road is crazy narrow with very few actual curbs. It would not surprise in the slightest that someone would nick a curb and keep driving. That said, it was probably just pretext as he probably followed him into the street after getting his attention for some other drunk-driving-like activity on the main road.

First time DUI is a just a violation but some states nuke you if under legal drinking age.

MA law only .02 (not .08) under 21 is enough for DUI, one drink. He could get up to 30 months jail for blowing .02 at age 20, wow, thats justice! They also have a plea bargain called "wet reckless", gotta love it.

It takes a lot more than .02 to drive into curbs.

Maybe still experiencing concussive after effects of ACC poundings.

It's clearly not a good thing. I like all of you taking the high road pretending to be concerned about his well being.

Hopefully he gets his shit together and never plays another down of football at BC. This would be a perfect outcome.

I don't care about his personal life, not at all actually. I watch BC Football to see them win games, the rest to me is fairly irrelevant. If it meant recruiting a few more questionable kids to win 10 games a year then you have my signoff, but I don't have a diploma from there either.

Lowering Daz's chances to put Flutie on the field will result in more wins, so that's pretty much my stance.

The only thing worse than epstein is the faux offense everyone takes to criticism of an athlete that isn't good at football and just got arrested for DUI
