they had to change that plan because all the new rex plex money had to be spent on a mod fence so you nerds could shelter in your safe space with your stuffed animals, lollipops, astroglide, and coloring books

Supposedly, shovels in the ground after graduation. Will take about a year to complete. Seems to have been met with shockingly little objection.

That's Boston, but not in the neighborhood. Don't think they care much what BC does on Shea. Build it in Newton or on the Brighton Campus and it would be different.

Any reason to believe it won't? I've always maintained when BC builds things it's done nicely.
