What's the latest on all of this? Has construction started on anything? If not, what is the timetable on each project? I'm starting to suspect that nobody at BC knows what is going on.

I think it's because they finally won a conference game after more than a year, kinda like when Marty McFly stopped trying to bang his mother and he and his siblings started to reappear on the picture in his pocket.

It's a boredom-driven offseason hypothetical reassigning FBS teams to different stadiums by matching up a schools student enrollment to stadium size. Alumni Stadium is ranked #73 out of #126 in terms of capacity, while BC's enrollment is ranked #113. Apparently we should be playing in Nevada's stadium.

Forget filling in the corners, apparently we should eliminate the corners entirely...



Of course, last week somebody did the same exercise with just P5 schools and in that category Alumni is 60th out of 64 in capacity (they excluded ND) and BC is 61st out of 64 in enrollment. So Alumni is pretty appropriately sized as is among P5 schools. They still suggested that we move to Vanderbilt's Stadium....

The rec plex was first announced as a done deal (after the court challenge by newton failed) in the fall of 96 or 97.
It only took 20 years to get it built.
