I think the Bruins are building a practice facility in the same complex, hopefully BC can benefit from that in some capacity since a hockey practice rink (despite being the most deserved ammenity) will never happen at BC.

I think the Bruins are building a practice facility in the same complex, hopefully BC can benefit from that in some capacity since a hockey practice rink (despite being the most deserved ammenity) will never happen at BC.
I drive past this area all the time. A couple of years ago it was a bunch of really ugly empty buildings, now you have the New Balance office building, the Bruins facility, and soon the Celtics facility. The area has improved quickly.

The consultants are running due diligence on various rendering firms (Bates doesn't take on this work himself - he's more of a "big picture" guy). Our next round of renderings will be so detailed that you will be able to make out eepstein sitting in the front row, weeping.
