For those of us who are going to the game, this is ideal. Otherwise, 360 really sucks for a really important game for BC.

No and Yes on those questions. No the game cannot be moved to ESPNU because Boise St (everyon'e favorite school) has the 3:30 game on the U. And yes the CMU game was moved.

1. The feed from ESPN effing blows.
2. 360 is barely available anywhere.
3. 360 doesn't work on Apple's Safari (without manually configuring your browser).
4. There is something incredibly sucky and lame about watching sports on your computer. Cool if it is the NCAA basketball tourney while you are at work. Effing disgustiad for a Saturday afternoon in prime football season.

360 is the greatest example as to why the ACC needs to divorce itself from Disney.

I don't understand why ESPN won't sell the game to local Boston TV. The ratings would certainly be higher than other college games on at that time in Boston and they'd certainly be higher than a Billy Mayes infomercial. Why not put it on ESPNU at least in Boston? Instead, they'll have a complete blow out like the Eastern Michigan/Arkansas game on last week. ESPN certainly doesn't seem to want to max out their TV ratings.

After NBC demonstrated they could provide a crystal clear stream of women's olympic sailing at 2 am EST using the MS Silverlight plugin, ESPN's continued insistence of trotting out espn360 as a viable solution is a joke.

I am not aware of a BC-sponsored tailgate, but there is a pregame event at Boylan Heights on the corner, which is a relatively short walk to the stadium.

As for parking, there are a few options. There is a garage over on Emmett Street, or you can park downtown in one of the garages and take a shuttle.

I think if you want to tailgate you probably need to know someone down here, though. I would volunteer, but I don't donate any money to UVA, so I don't have a spot. I will probably go to the Boylan Heights event and then to a UVA tailgate at a friend's spot to talk trash.

From my research I do know there is plenty of parking around campus (pay) within walking distance or with a shuttle. I don't think bringing your own vehicle to tailgate is an option.

I like hooking 360 up to the TV and then a big play happens and the connection lags and one second Montel is on our 35 and then it sort of freezes and then he is on the opponents 30. However, this is less enjoyable when an opposing player makes a similar play.

360 works just fine on Safari. I'm presuming you're running it on Mac, as I do. I know not about Safari on PC. I can't get 360 to work on Internet Explorer or Firefox on PC. I figure it's because PC sucks.
