And we might've actually done enough to embarrass ND to keep them out of the playoffs. After the terrible showing against Wake and BC, the Domers just don't look like a top 4 team. They may stay here for now, but ACC, SEC and Big 10 are in. I'd imagine that unless Stanford wins tonight and then ND absolutely throttles Stanford next week, Oklahoma will jump ND with a win over OSU next week.

Daz in 2016: You know we had a QB battle between Smith and Fadule last year. Smith didn't, you know, get the, you know, the reps that he needed for 2016. It wasn't anybody's fault you know, it just worked out that way, you know. Wade, you know, is still mentally a freshman, because, you know, he was injured last year. Injuries killed us you know and now we have three inexperienced QB's going into to this season, so we have to be patient and find who works for us at the QB position, you know, it's hard, it's difficult when guys go down with injuries you know, then you're starting from square one because, well you know, making decisions is tough, this game is tough, football is tough, you have to scrap to win, scrap to make decisions, scrap to figure out, you know, who can lead you at QB you know, it's tough, you know, and Smith is young because nobody asserted themselves at QB last year you know, so we need time, time to get it together, time to grow, time to get stronger, these guys need 4 years before they can compete you know
