I dont know what that is an abbrevation for but I assume you mean Farrell! I don't know much directly but I can connect the dots easy enough from my experience with EA. If you cover recruiting you need a certain amount of cooperation from the staff to do your job like being gives heads up on offers, visits, commitments, ect. Then the work becomes mindless and you just call the kids for some quotes and such and you are done. Otherwise you spend your time texting these recruits asking these questions which wastes a lot of time and most people hate dealing with these kids and vice versa.

If you remember the Spaz days EA was pro-Spaz until the last dying breath. It was obvious Spaz was a horrible hire but he and his staff were super cooperative with EA about everything so thats why he stuck by him.Flash forward a few years and now Farrell is out in front of this comparing the situation to the Spaz days and such.

Despite the persona that Daz puts on during press conferences he is not an easy coach to deal with at all. I can get into it more sometime. Anyways, I'm pretty sure Addazio isnt cooperative with recruiting so Farrell is probably thinking the quicker Daz leaves the quicker someone will come in that might cooperate.

Did you know that when TOB left and was replaced by Jagz, every single coach from the football program in the new regime signed up for a username on eagleaction with some generic username... something like 'bceaglesfb1' in succession numerically. Not sure if they ever got a post in on any board though.

Does he always keep one hand kind of half in his pocket, and a camera around his neck? Or is it just that I have only ever seen him in that one picture? Either way, I've seen that picture 1000 times now, and the hand thing still weirds me out.
