There are a few lots around town that you can pay to park - but there really isn't any tailgating. The price usually starts around $25.
The Esso Club is located across the street from Lot 3E.
Mellow Mushroom is across the street from Lot 1.
Tigernet has a link for people selling parking passes, etc....

awesome much appreciated dee! any specific lot do you recommend? or do you usually do the esso club pregame?
