I gotta believe they cancel this thing. It is now a cat 4 with 10 inches of rain predicted.

This could trigger the inevitable zombie apocalypse as well, so good idea to stay away from the stadium anyway.

durham is not on the coast of north carolina. while cat 4 may be hitting the outer banks, 200+ miles inland may have less of a brunt.

i agree there will be rain but as i've been saying, it's rained every day for a week now... i don't see this getting cancelled
now in the street there is violence
and, and a lots of work to be done
no place to hang out our washing
and, and i can't blame all on the sun

Winds on the east side, rains on the west. Unless they get so much rain we are building arks, not seeing a cancellation.

As long as the stadium isn't flooded and BC can somehow get to Durham, they'll play.

wallace wade stadium is the suckiest stadium in all the acc so i'd say that the field might be bone dry come kickoff

Serious question, with the way Flutie is throws, can he even throw it in a 20-30 MPH wind? The ball might just stop in mid-air and go backwards

I assume BC has gone to Dook already. They are canceling HS FB games in MD for tonight, which seems sensible. It's wet & wild here at the Joisey shore already, you could play in these conditions but no passing or kicking into the wind. Actually if they play in conditions like this it's a great big + for BC without a passing QB and a lame kicker and an excellent defense, how about a 7-0 win. A lot easier to get a shut out in these conditions!

Was hoping we could redshirt esp since we are not bringing in a RB in this class. Oh well.

Things that help us A LOT:

Duke played Ga Tech last week. Last year I was adamant that USC's body-blow playing Stanford the week before us was significant. This year it will be too.

Joaquin.

Things that will not help us:

Penalties. WTF is up with that this year.
