without ever seeing him play, it's the exact sort of move that should've happened last year...

2015 (JUNIOR): Started all 12 games at left tackle earning second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors... member of offensive line that ranked fifth in the NCAA and first in the OVC in fewest sacks allowed... offensive line allowed only nine sacks all season including no sacks in final eight games... offensive line ended season with streak of 636 consecutive plays without a sack...

One of Rutgers writers is saying Isaiah Wright from Kingswood Oxford in Hartford is choosing between BC, Rutgers an Temple this week.

He picked Rutgers earlier this year and I guess has been open since the coaching turnover. Has close relationship with Campinile and visited BC recently. Will choose Sunday but won't make decision public till NSD.

Don't want this kid. Kingswood Oxford is his second high school. He got kicked out of his first. Would fit in well at Rutgers.

2.5 wins last year means we are not in a position to worry about "fits".

BC flipped Korab Idrizi from Rutgers today. Played at Bergen Catholic (Campinile likely played major role here). Had committed to Rutgers like 5 days ago, he's filling Harringtons spot at TE.

Kids offer list is weak but I don't care. We actually need to worry about where we are in the recruiting rankings and his commitment helps that, fills a void at TE, and is huge because he's a Bergen Catholic kid.

Campanile will bring good things.

Looks like Coach Camp on this one. Is his dad or brother the Bergen Catholic head coach? So far, a really good hire by Daz.

If anyone had asked me what position would cause the biggest ruckus in BC's 2016 recruiting class, I'd probably have guessed punter and long snapper before I got to tight end.

I'm not gonna bother wasting my time reading all the drivel on that thread...but from what I read, some of the commentary about BC is priceless. It's like some of them genuinely believe that BC is a significantly less desirable football school than Rutgres :popcorn

Eddy Fish visited Illinois of all places this weekend in which he said "I'm very close to flipping". Apparently Illinois offered a few weeks ago (edit: according to 24, Fish was coming to BC as a pref walk on, so a full ride from Illinois probably means he's a goner)

Devante Cross also committed to UVA recently

No idea if this is based on anything but the 247 predictions are all trending to BC.

Fish is the kid who is a preferred walk-on... right? If so, good for him.

The Rutgers beat writer for NJ.com is awesomely homerish. He says (presumably with a straight face) that Wright originally chose Rutgers over Ohio State and Wisconsin in the middle of an article in which the subject is Wright decommitting in favor of Temple and maybe a 3-9 BC.

Looks like he officially flipped to Illinois, net positive if BC can get a commitment from Elijah Johnson. Fish has good size but has only played competitive football for 2 years, would have been a steal as a walk-on.

As for Isaiah Wright, no chance he had tOSU and Wisconsin offers. He claimed that OSU offer from the beginning, but never visited and their name never came up throughout his recruiting process.
