The Globe's write-up on this kid makes it sound like he's going to save the program.


So my initial reaction was yuck and hearing he is a legacy makes it worse.

Watch the HUDL tape, the kid can sling it and it's accurate. I'm still not sure he's an ACC prospect, but it's not as bad as it initially sounded.

So we have Wade(R-JR), Brown(R-FR), Perry(FR) and two walk ons in Fadule and incoming walk on Aiden Hegarty for the future. Im hoping we take another QB just three scholly QB's is too low.

Three new offers today in Ohio ...

1) Brendan Bordner - 3* DE from Hilliard, OH. 6'5/240lb with offers from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa State, Wake Forest and others. Recently visited Penn State
2) Ben Frye - 6'3/240lb DE/DT from Dublin, OH. Mostly MAC offers to date, BC appears to be first major offer.
3) Kory Taylor - 6'5/190ln WR from Hilliard, OH. BC is first offer, believe he is 2018

I just saw that Justin Simmons' little brother is a 2017 DB. Based on google and twitter it looks like FAU and Louisville are interested. Are we slow playing him? Washington follows him on Twitter.

He actually has 2 younger brothers who do/will play college football. The 2nd brother is at a small school in West Virginia. As for the youngest, Tristan, I personally haven't heard anything about him and a potential offer. Idk if they want to get him on campus for summer camp or what

CJ Holmes from Cheshire has Penn State, Tennessee, and Syracuse in his top 3. Babers is going to beat Daz for any skilled offensive players in NE.

I don't think Holmes is going to commit any time soon and 24 has said that BC will still be in play if they improve this year (he's in a wait and see mode with BC).

I know at one point Holmes said he had seen everything he needed to at BC but he needed to see improvement on the field. So if he waits awhile and BC does well who knows. Obviously if he makes a summer decision it won't matter.
