Again it's flier season. The '16 class was a complete disaster. This is quickly devolving into that.

Nah that kid isn't a flier. The blitz of offers to players in New Hampshire and a QB from Andover is problematic when you play Clemson and FSU each season.

Does eppy work for a shirtless boy service? Because the only thing that changed over the last 5 days that made this kid go from good recruit to unmitigated disaster is his committing to BC. I will note that he becomes the biggest loss in the program's history for eppy if he flips to his brother's alma mater.

You can hate Daz and still acknowledge that the recruits thus far are pretty good and will hopefully be the foundation on which the next coach can rebuild the program.

we need to also start looking for guys with construction in their backgrounds. buttcut plans to save money by using players as his workforce on the plans for the indoor practice facility that MAY be announced in 193 minutes

Is Burton still yuck now that he has a UCLA offer?

Blessed to receive an offer from UCLA!!!

Eppy is waiting to see if he flips to UCLA before responding. This way, Burton can be considered a MONSTER loss.

Burton is a huge get, QB recruiting was a dumpster fire until today. BC and any P5 school needs one legit QB every year to avoid a year like lasts. Kudos to Daz!

I've said all along you need the right mix of high profile guys and fliers. The Burton kid will go to one of those other schools so it'll be irrelevant soon anyway.

Stoneburner is fine assuming you surround him with some higher profile guys, this class just doesn't have that at all. It's better than the '16 class, but that was a historical level mess

The middle statement is true you need 1 QB at year to avoid Fadule 2.0

Obviously could be lip service but his dad has already said while the offer form UCLA and the possible one coming from Tennessee is nice it doesn't change anything.

I would imagine the UCLA offer goes away if they land Jack Sears

Tate Haynes just committed. Orig offered as a QB, commits as DB. From same school as Ray Smith and '17 commit Patrick Brown in San Diego. Had offer from BYU as DB as well I believe

Also offered Allen Daniels yesterday, presumably offered should Harper commits elsewhere. 6'1/290lb DT from Dacula, GA. Looks to have offer from K-State and some smaller regional schools in the GA area

BC also top 4 for 4* VA Safety Jonathan Sutherland along with PSU, Michigan and Cuse. 247 is saying Penn State as it was his last/most recent visit, has visited BC at least 2x

I this Sebastian is listed as a S on most sites, but wouldn't shock me if he ends up at corner, has legit speed.

Josh Turner from FL is another CB name BC is involved with. Think he's down to 3 (just posted on Twitter) however I'm not sure if BC is included (hea visited BC a few times and has been high on BC and Wisconsin).

At 6 foot, 178 pounds, with very quick feet and a dad who is hall of fame corner, I think he could end up anywhere in our secondary. All depends on how much continues to grow, fill out, and improve his speed over the next 2 years. I notice that in 3 years of running track, he's improved his 100m from 11.8 to nearly 11.0 flat (electronic time). If he's able to run better than 10.9, then he's fast enough to cover deep threats from any DB position.

BC offered FL WR Chauncy Smart today. Absolutely electric kid but small at 5'8,160. Track star in FL ran the 8th fastest 40 in the entire country of the kids who attended the opening camps(pretty much all of them) with a 4.39. BC at the top of his list first P5 offer. I doubt it's his last though.

Seems like if another P5 offers then we won't get him.
