Most notable walk-on

Postby bcshater on Thu Aug 27, 2015 7:59 pm

Who is considered to be BC's most notable walk-on? Steve Aponavicius is an obvious candidate but trying to think of others.
Yes I am a BC fan. Proof of this is my dog's name is Baldwin.

If Omari Walker or Cedric Washington were actually walkons then I would give the nod to one of them.

I don't think Walker or Washington were walk-ons. Jim Turner was a walk-on in the 1980s and ended up getting a lot of time at fullback. Later went on to the Dolphins hazing scandal.

I don't remember him in that role. Who were the Captains of Hazing in your years?

Morrisey played a lot of games as LB. I doubt he's top of the list, but contributing walk ons are probably less common as recruiting as gotten much more advanced.

Cedric Washington was a walk-on. His brother used to post on EA back in the ancient times before rivals.

Omari Walker was not a walk-on. He had no money... had a child to take care of at something like 15 years old.

Isn't Sid Vicious our all-time scoring leader? I think he wins.

As easy as the shot may appear, you still need to execute.

You can take the extra points from HockeyRuption for calling "Fly Like and Eagle" a Joe Walsh song.
