Three Connecticut-related threads on the home page make me feel a little uneasy but I though this was a good article from the Hartford Courant.

"You've got to be able to recruit," he said. "Some are great recruiters and not good football coaches. Some are good football coaches and not great recruiters. You have to be a real good football coach and a great recruiter as well. That's just the way it is, and I don't know whether you can get away with anything else. I'm trying to be the best I can at both."
Addazio will continue to work to make BC a power.
"I told the guys this is a four- or five-year deal to turn around this roster," Addazio said. "We're in that process and what I love about it is I want to get all the best players in the Northeast, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and I believe at BC the way you win is you bring these players and you develop your players at BC. We're not going to go get junior college players. We don't do that here. We have too many academic restrictions. We bring our guys in here, we develop them, build pride in our program, in our university ... make the high school coaches in the Northeast feel like this is their place and they're a part of this thing. That's our plan on how to build it."
