Inspired by a reddit CFB thread that took off, I was curious to see what a BC specific fan base response would be. Forget conference realignment and all that garbage. Just create your own ideal conference and OOC schedule. No limitations. You want BC in a conference with nationwide Baby Rapists, fine. You want all New England FCS, fine. Go crazy.

Here was mine:

The Northern Conference - East Division
Boston College
Syracuse
Notre Dame
Penn State
Virginia Tech
West Virginia
The Northern Conference - BIG Division
Ohio State
Michigan
Michigan State
Northwestern
Rutgers
Wisconsin

8 game schedule, with no annual crossover, playing 3/6 in other division every year, with championship game rotating between Chicago, Boston, New York and DC. Winner guaranteed a playoff spot.

Then OOC give us:
1. An annual year end Rivalry Week Game against Miami. The Thanksgiving Weekend Flutie Memorial Game.
2. Exciting P5 home-and-homes (USC, Stanford, Texas, etc), obviously always at home when on the road for Miami.
3. A geographically appropriate G5 cupcake (i.e. UMass, UConn, Temple, etc.). Always at home.
4. An annual FCS game rotating every 3 years between a) Holy Cross, b) alternating Georgetown and Fordham and c) alternating New England Schools (Maine, UNH, URI). Obviously always at home.

That looks close to perfect to me!

BONUS:
Potential 2016 Schedule:
-- Home: ND, VT, Syracuse, Michigan, Stanford, UConn, Holy Cross
--Road: @Penn St, @WVU, @Ohio State, @Northwestern, @ Miami

Potential 2017 Schedule:
-- Home: Penn St, WVU, Michigan State, Rutgers, Miami, UMass, Fordham
-- Road: @ND, @VT, @Syracuse, @ Wisconsin, @Stanford

Potential 2018 Schedule:
-- Home: ND, VT, Ohio State, Northwestern, Texas, Temple, UNH
-- Road: @ Penn St, @ WVU, @ Syracuse, @Michigan, @Miami

Fill in the corners, sellout 60K annually. (Hope to make bowls...)

Your OOC schedule is perfect. I have no desire to play West Virginia annually

I view WVU as the type of team that you hate having to play every year, absolutely want to win every year, and so you kind of look forward to every year.

Besides who else would you put in there as an annual?
