now in the street there is violence
and, and a lots of work to be done
no place to hang out our washing
and, and i can't blame all on the sun
good god we gonna rock down to electric avenue
and then we'll take it higher

Excluding the repulsive thought of taking the Domers sloppy seconds, the best reason to not take him is the fact that he was absolutely atrocious last season.

He was the best QB on the field when ND played FSU. But yeah... as the season went on he was a trainwreck.

If I thought BC was close to an ACC Championship then maybe, but fact is that we are not going to be good this year so you might as well let Wade work the kinks out.

If Braxton Miller comes available I'd feel differently.

It's time to shit or get off the pot with Wade. Not to mention it's an ideal schedule to break in a new QB. If it was Miller I would say bring him in, Golson isn't good enough to make Wade wait another year.

I love that this post is single-handedly making Pillsbury ads appear on my screen.

I don't think Golson would be a good fit in the kind of offense Daz wants to run. He is an elusive player who can use his legs to get out of trouble, but he's not a tuck-and-run QB. You need to commit to throwing the ball 35+ times a game to get the most out of him and I don't think that's going to happen under Daz.

Golson is a passing QB and he isn't good at it. He's not running the spread option unless it is the Logan version Ryan ran.

How do Golsons career stats compare to Murphy's 4 years at FL?

Golson had a bad year last year...how did his worst year compare to Murphy's best at FL?

OK,if Golson is as bad as posters here assert it should set up a BC win over Golson led FSU! LOL

I fully expected BC to beat FSU at home this year until I saw that it was the third game. They won't be ready by then.

This will be a very different team by about the 6-7th game
