FSU wil be travelling up here, on a short week, after having played USF. Granted it isin't like FSU is playing Florida the week before, so I don't think it is a true "letdown" game scenario, but getting FSU then sounds pretty good to me.

Is USF supposed to be any good this year?

Also good luck selling season tickets BC. Well done as always

give season ticket holders the first shot to seats at fenway and the dickhole fans will eat that shit up. people will be lining up for the tickets, even if it puts them as a potential candidate on the brian kelly "kill" list

Unless you donate a ton of money to the Flynn Fund you're getting nowhere near that ND game

Virginia Tech is going to be poorly attended. Since it is Haloween, few out-of-towners with kids are going to be able to make the trip back to the Heights that weekend. And even the locals with families will have a tough time unless it is a noon start - many aren't going to want to be allowed to miss trick or treating with the kids.

Yup. They could also finish 3-0 in ACC play with a 3-1 OOC to get to 7-5 and I would piss myself with joy with a rookie QB

Wade will have been in the program for 18 months

That's great. He'll be a rookie with a lot of practice snaps that knows the plays.

Have they already announced Fitch as the new OC?

Yup, sucks if you have young kids. This will be the one home game that a 12:00 start would be a good thing.

If you didn't know any better, you'd think that its always the schedule's fault that we have shitty attendance.

HAHAH what a dump. Would be fun to get to metro to a game regardless. And I was being flippant as I doubt BC would travel to a 1aa opponent other than UMASS

UMass is technically in the MAC. Regardless, I don't think FBS teams can play in most FCS stadiums.

No Alumni was much nicer than that in 1990.

But wow, the stands look smaller than my high school's field.

- Catch Clemson after Notre Dame and GT. Not bad.

- Syracuse with a tough stretch leading up to the finale: FSU, Louisville, Clemson, NCST and then BC.
- Catch Louisville right after they catch FSU. Makes up for us catching them right after Clemson, right? Now if only we could equalize the talent gap...
- Only 5 ACC teams have October BYE's (Duke, Louisville, UNC, Syracuse and NCST). The other 9 schools have a stretch of at least 9 games straight.
- BC is the only ACC school with 10 straight games without a BYE.
- Duke, UNC and NCST have the most favorable BYE schedule, with UNC having a stretches of 5 and 7 and both Duke and NCST perfectly split at 6-game stretches. Tobacco Road bias?

Actually BC has two BYE weeks...one of those week they're having a scrimmage game with Howard...LOL!

5Dimes has set the over/under for BC wins in 2015 at 5.5. -135 for the over, -105 for the under.

You gotta go over there, right? A 5-7 season means BC goes 3-3 in the "toss-up games" - NIU, @Duke, WF, VT, NCST, @SU. I don't see them doing worse than 4-2 there unless the new O-Line is a complete disaster.

@Duke and VT are not toss up games. We'll be getting 5-7 points in each of those.

VT is a toss-up game. They should be very good defensively but they are horrendous with the ball.

Duke lost 4 of 5 All-ACC offense players to graduation/NFL. Their secondary should be excellent, but they lost 4 starters up front, which will be the point of attack versus BC. I have a lot of respect for Cutcliffe, but I don't think this game will be out of reach for BC.

That was the worst VTech team I have ever seen (I never saw them prior to the first time we played them in 1993), though they did look a little better in their bowl game.

Va Tech is also at Chestnut Hill. Unless they landed a QB and an OLine, that game will be close to pick em.
