It's not a money issue, it's an entire incompetent management issue. Does anyone in their right mind actually believe that Daz will ever have a winning season in the ACC? Does anyone actually believe that he will ever win the division? If you can't honestly answer yes to both those questions, it's time to move on from Daz. In fact it is inevitable.

Also, that year we had one loss of greater than 10 points.

The year before, we had 2 losses of greater than 14 points (@ USC, @ UNC), and had put up reputable showings against FSU (closest game by far that they had outside of the national championship) and @Clemson, actually having the lead entering the 4th quarter of the game, both of who were outstanding teams.

Anybody who thinks it was obvious at that time that the dazaster was going to be this bad now needs a historylesson

Boston College and head coach Steve Addazio have agreed to a new contract, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. Addazio will imminently sign a deal with the school that extends his contact with 2020.

This development removes Addazio from the search for a new coach at the University of Michigan, where he was considered one of the prime candidates after San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh. Michigan didn’t make direct contact with Addazio, but a source said the school reached out to gauge his interest.

its hard to stand out alone against the mob. what makes it worse is that the mob here makes that lonely person feel awful when they take the unpopular position. What is worst of all is when that lonely person is proven to be right and so few (if any) in the mob give credit and
