I love Gruden season. It genuinely makes me wonder if anyone listens to the guy speak when hes on TV. He's an idiot. And he's not a bad coach, but he's been elevated to legendary the longer he doesn't coach.
Never forget, Bill Callahan didn't bother to change the playbook or the names of the plays when he took over in Oakland. Made Gruden's job that much easier.

People forget that he lost 14 conference games in a row before finally winning one in his third year on the job and that he was 3-24 in conference at the end of his fourth year. No P5 program is going to stand for that, not even the lowest of doormats. Rutgers was the perfect situation for Schiano, a once in a lifetime opportunity. He's not going to find an employer that patient ever again.
