I call the whole site HockeyRuption. It wasn't him.
No, but I am guessing there will be a not-funny comedy skit with Baldwin squawking at a Hokie sometime this week

Would not be surprised if this happens, nor would I be surprised if we win this game. Both teams can be good and both teams can suck - and often they do it both in the same game.
I think you're right one one front. VT will load the box and dare Murphy to beat them through the air. Though I think in general VT is vulnerable, I am worried whether we have enough to beat them with an effective passing attack...I think this game as much as any will fall into Day' s lap to scheme. I see us winning by busting a couple of big plays once someone gets to second level, as opposed to controlling the game on the ground. Winning ugly.
I imagine they will stack the box and try to gobble (pun intended) up the run and force us to pass, but I'm not overly concerned. Their pass defense leads the ACC, but their rush defense ranks 56th nationally, just in between Louisiana Monroe and North Texas. Duke Johnson just gashed them for something like 290 yards. I'm not saying Tyler Murphy or Jon Hilliman can do that, but VT will have their work cut out for them.

CSU was something like 112 against the run when they played BC. How did that work out?

I suspect in conference play that they will use more than one page in the playbook. That's the game that Alston didn't touch the ball and Murphy ran maybe 3-5 read options.

BCMurt09 {l Wrote}:Clinton Portis, Bryant McFadden, and our favorite Wake Forest QB all picked BC for the ACC Network today.
We will now promptly lose.
