Brown isn't missing tackles. He is putting them in the position to make plays, the talent just isn't there.

Did u really graduate from such a respected institution as bc?

This agenda and the where did you graduate from thing is very lame.

My favorite post ever.

I'm also not a brown 'guy' as I've said jury is out until he gets some type of talent.

My favorite post ever.

Clempson DL owns this game so far, they're really too fast to go wide on them and they can't run inside on them, that's for sure. Need to hit some first down passes, can't hold pass blocks on their DL in more obvious pass downs, Clempson is challenging BC to pass on them, tey just want to shut down Murphy running. Same formula as CSU, it ain't rocket science.

BC defense has been fine so far but I think Clempson realizes even Stoudt can pass good enough on this defense.

Quick question - sorry if I missed it earlier in the thread...

During the first quarter, the Clemson QB was in the grasp of a BC player in the end zone as he tried to throw the ball away. He wasn't out of the tackle box or anything, and the ball barely went anywhere, certainly nowhere near any receivers I could see on TV, and likely not past the line of scrimmage.

Shouldn't this have been called Intentional Grounding for a safety ? Was there a receiver in the area that I missed ?

Talk about pushing an agenda without taking not of what's actually happening/ the lack of talent in our secondary.

I love how Donnie Brown is defenseless against a weak secondary but Day having zero talent in the passing game is something he just has to deal with.

Day has talent. He chooses to play the tes and ignore Alston for whole games.

That is hysterical. Alston has like a dozen touches. You do realize that Donnie had a whole bunch of recruits who showed up since this year that he has decided not to play in favor of vets. Given his similar age, I'm guessing it is a tenure thing like Spaz and TOB.

How many touches did chip Kelly get him against csu?

CSU was stupid. You are missing the boat in this game. He has 0 WRs to work with and Clemson has a NFL DLine.

If you have to throw then get the oline wrs out and play the frosh.

Happened right by me. Terrible call. Not as bad as the missed hold on the last play before the fg.

My guess was that they said that he was hit as he threw the ball and it affected the pass. :shrug

The lack of pass protection is killing us.
Any time Murphy tries to throw he is either getting sacked or under pressure. That's not good when you have a suspect passing game to begin with.
I would do more short screens to alston with Bordner blocking on the edge. That might open up either a nice gain and maybe a little room up the middle.

Didn't see a close by receiver but I think the tackler caused the short throw, think it was Wojiac, close but no downing IMO

We can't run the ball and we don't have time to pass. Their DL domination of our OL is really something to behold.

Their best players from each of their great recruiting classes have been along the DLine. It's pretty incredible how well they recruit that.

This d is good but running right into is dumb. That's a first down play. Tedwardita says "why don't they do that more often instead of running into the line?"
