Day is fine. Andre Williams and his 2,000 yards say hello. 452 yards on the ground against USC were the most rush yards allowed by a USC defense since 1977. The defense is the problem. There is certainly a talent issue. Not sure how much of it is coaching because there's only so much you can do.

Day lost the CSU game. How many touches did Alston have? How about the three and out after the D got the ball on a fourth down stop?

It was a bad game for play calling against CSU. But for the most part he is fine.

3rd and 3 we should have either told Murphy to get the 1st with your feet or lined up man vs. man and overpowered their defense for the first.
