I know he played lacrosse and basketball; however, ESPN has him at a 5.39 40 time. TK will need to improve on that before he starts pulling anywhere.

How accurate do you think that time is?

Who knows? But listed times are almost always faster than actual times.

ESPN's 40 times are actually usually listed slow. There are some very highly rated backs and wideouts running 4.7's according to ESPN. I sometimes shave at least .10 off of their listed times on that site.

For example, the #1 WR in the 2016 class runs a mid 4.6. that could be possible, but I am skeptical.
I like BC basketball.

@TDsTake: Anthony Brown (NJ) named QB MVP here. Boston College commit beat out a star-studded group of passers.

Will be interesting to see if Browns camp performance gets him a bump by TGOSB and the other services (much like Palazolo got bumped down last year after a poor camp). This could also lead to an invite to Elite 11, believe there are still 3 invites to go out.

Nobody throwing it better than BC commit Anthony Brown, Penn State pledge Jake Zembiec and Hunter Johnson.

Brown has a ton of zip, good footwork, creates great separation, consistent all day.

Luckily, the combine didn't include out patterns.

Brown invited to the Elite 11 Semifinals, whatever that is. I assume it is where they choose the 11.

Just a random observation, with Ray Marten's commitment we're now 3-0 in head-to-head recruiting battles with Wisconsin this year. Completely random and meaningless right now, but when we talk about who BC should be measuring themselves on the recruiting trail, I always think of Wisconsin...and then I noticed this today.

I like beating Wisconsin and Miami for recruits as opposed to Bowdoin and Bates.

Kid's a baller from a school that routinely sends regular kids to BC. Great addition to the program.

If Spaz even offered kids with Wisc or Miami offers maybe there was a chance.

A few notes from Sunday's camp ...

- Shephard Hill (Worcester) had 4 guys at camp including Sean McKeon (c/o 2016 TE)

- KJ Gray from SPP will be visiting tomorrow (Monday 6/8) and Kolton Huber from SPP visited this weekend (no offer for Huber yet)

- Max Richardson (LB from Woodward Academy in Atlanta) was in attendance. Holds BC offer along with Duke, NCSU and a bunch of smaller offers

- Bosco had a number of kids in attendance (Mike Teel, former Rutgers QB, is OC at DBP now and was in attendance as well)

- Not camp related, but Sean Ragan was picked to play in the Semper Fi All-America Bowl (same game Taj Amir Tores played in last year)

C/O 2017 info ...

- Offer out of camp today to 2017 LB from Newtown, CT Ben Mason, only offer I was able to find from camp today.

- Chase Brice (QB from Georgia) had alot of good things to say about BC per TOS. Was at Rivals Camp in Baltimore today

- Kasim Hill (c/o 2017) from Gilman in Baltimore was in attendance. Recently added offer from Penn State to go with BC, Cuse, UVA and others. Should be one of better QB recruits in 2017.

- Kevin Mensah from Worcester was in attendance. C/O of 2017, has BC offer and should start landing bigger ones this summer. Will be camping at Florida, FSU, Syracuse, tOSU and BC again on the 23rd

- Jordan McAfee (QB from Everett) and Jyvon Brown (QB from Irvington, NJ) were both in attendance. McAfee has BC offer.

Why is the staff wasting an offer on a Mass QB? Don't they know that Mass football sucks?

Everett Football Preparatory doesn't suck. In fact, most years it recruits coincidentally gets all the decent players from the area.

Plays TE too and moves well for his size. The level of competition looks dreadful in the YouTube clip

He's clearly the biggest / fastest / strongest kid on the field. Felt bad for some of those kids he destroyed.

As referenced the level of play looks terrible. Spaz would be thrilled with the demographics of the teams he played against.

Made it 3 minutes into that video and some of the shit the opponents were doing was so hysterically bad I just lost it. The safety/fumble/illegal forward pass/catch/run/second safety play was about my limit.
