The Globe had an article yesterday about Marc Colombo who is an offensive assistance with the Cowboys.
John Wetzel is on their practice squad.

Ryan Quigley is named AFC special teamer of the week. In addition to punting, he was the place kicker as well. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/20 ... -the-week/

I think that BC might have a few more players headed to the NFL in 2016:

1. DT Connor Wujciak, 6-3, 304. Tough and productive stopping the run. Can collapse the pocket from time to time.

2. DE Mehdi Abdesmad, 6-7, 278. Has the motor and short area quickness to be a 4-3 DE.

3. ILB Steven Daniels, 6-0, 257. Shedding some excess weight has been a boon for Daniels who has been highly productive in stopping the run and blitzing the passer. His cover skills have improved as well.

4. CB/S Justin Simmons, 6-3, 198. When pro scouts watch the tape on him this year, I believe Simmons, because of his athleticism, toughness and versatility will wind up garnering a 2rd or 3rd round grade.

Predictions:

1. Simmons to the Cardinals in Round 2.
2. Abdesmad to the Giants in Round 4.
3. Wujciak to the Patriots in Round 5.
4. Daniels to the Texans in Round 6.

Medhi isn't playing DE in the pros.

Simmons is the least talented of the starting secondary, I'd say he's a late rounder.

1. I like Wujciak, and he has had a great year but the only NFL DTs under 320lbs are those that can pressure the passer. I don't see CW doing that at the next level.
2. Is Abdesmad a strong-side DE in a 4-3 or can he bulk up to play DE in a 3-4? Either way, his knee will scare teams away.
3. Daniels is a poorman's Donte Hightower: shorter, slower and not as athletic. He could defend against in-between the tackles run in the NFL, but not much else.
4. Simmons has the coverage ability of a FS in the body and tackling of a CB. Projecting him in the 2nd round is comical.

4-4 on PATs, kicked off really well. in postgame he credited his time at bc for being able to do both. also thanks to the 'welcome back player' ceremony, we know he throws a better ball than flutie

Yeah, Daniels is the only guy on that list that ends up on a 53-man roster. Dude is a prototypical ILB and the loss of a few lbs has sped up his game. Had a hell of a year.

I think Daniels will be a steal for the right team that drafts him in the 3rd round or later. Guy has been ridiculously active all year. I think Mehdi will also get a roster opportunity. He has shown that he is all the way back from the knee. Least sure about Simmons.

Medhi is not close to back from the knee. He is effective inside against the run, but he is a shell of his former self at DE and can't run anymore.

Edibali whooped Solder for a sack on the first series. Would not have expected he would do so well in the NFL.

Considering the league average is 3.3 years, I think that it's pretty awesome.

He also had a TFL on that series. It would be awesome to see him start this year.

Pantale cut by the Eagles.
Clearly and Andre Williams cut by the Giants.
