Nice to see Jags call a nice game for Georgia State last night. It was actually a pretty entertaining game and while both teams are awful, it looks like he has a good QB to work with.

It was a pretty exciting game....we were glad to see Jags get the win. Poor Georgia State was 0 for their last 16 before last night. They are on Clemson's schedule this year.

94 total yards. 5 first downs. vs ULM

shit Wake Forest, some teams amass that on a single drive.

Wake's OLine is as worse than most non-power 5 FBS teams, and probably a fair percentage of FCS teams.

Vandy looks like its reverting to historical form. AggieVision is 1-0 this year.

Things I've done to prepare for the season:

1. Covertly anesthetized several people on this board, cut out their testicles, and replaced them with rubber bouncy balls from Presto Pizza turn-quarter vending machines. Then I pulped the testicles in a juicer and poured it into the BLUE spray bottle you will see in the EO Lounge. If Huang becomes insolent at any point this season, you are free to mist his lips, face, and throat with genital spray. Do not spray him with the contents of the YELLOW spray bottle.

2. Familiarized myself with the roster. Who are these guys? I looked at this and felt like the Indians manageent at the start of Major League. A key notion of being able to keep track of who is who on the team is knowing the stupid antics they get into off the field. For example, watching QP throw pick six after pick six in the FSU game, it's perfectly plausible that the same person who throws these win-killing picks would also botch teh buttsex, horror-movie style. Being so far removed from campus, I have no idea who anyone is or what kind of silly shit they do. Now I at least know numbers and names and hometowns and so forth.

3. Retired from my occupation as Board Gigolo. That's right, I've stopped banging all your wives and girlfriends because, frankly, some of you need a divorce. As much as we all mocked Owl for having to sleep in the basement and shower at campgrounds... the overall-ed Idahoan is as free as the wind.

4. Having a new job, I find myself required to travel to Boston several times this fall. This is handy, because with the Terps gone from our schedule and off in important places like Springfield, Illinois and Lansing, Michigan, I will have the opportunity to stay weekends and watch several BC games on campus for the first time in years. One question, though - I haven't been to Boston in many years - where am I eating if I'm staying near Copley?

5. Started reading the football board again, and pried myself away from MAs/the Boat House. This place really is a repository of insight.

I like BC football.

Is Elon irreplaceable?

How about a game with Fordham at Yankee stadium?

The fan support would be there, but I don't think you'd be able to get the networks behind it. I can't see ESPN putting the effort into a middle-of-the-road ACC team vs. an FCS team.

Seriously, we have more threads on this than there are restaurants near Copley.

I hope Terrell Hunt gets a year for throwing that punch. Not enough bad things can happen to Scott Shafer.

this Nova-Cuse game is WHOA. what a catch! 27-27?

EDIT: nope, dumbass decision. 26-27. Cuse was struggling to run the ball, should have kicked for the tie.

Colorado St looked really good tonight. Dee Hart is the real deal and the backup RB was solid as well. The QB Grayson (that I think Spaz recruited) made some quality throws. They will be tough.

Yup. I never figured that game to be an easy one. Probably a harder one than half of our conference games (Pitt, WF, NCSU, Cuse).
