The Scarlet Clerks dropped to 5-4 and 1-4 in the big 10 after another curb stomping. Brady Hoke should have been fired on the spot for losing to such a shitty team. They most likely will get to a 6th win with IU and HCRE still on their schedule. 2-6 in conference play and most likely going to a bowl! If that is not an indictment on how meaningless it is to get to 6 wins in this day and age I do not know what is. BC vs RU at Yankee Stadium? :ace

I spent a good portion of the evening flipping back and forth to watch the #1 Team in the Nation play Arkansas. Arkansas is truly awful... but, they almost took MSU down (color me unimpressed).

As for Maryland... hey Big Ten... no give-backs.

Clemson at Wake Forest tonight. If Clemson wins, then I believe BC is officially eliminated from ACCCG contention. If Clemson loses, BC would still need to win out and have Clemson lose to GT and FSU lose to UVA or Miami.

LOL, at the end of the first half, Wake just acted like they won the game. Their kicker did hit a 50 yard FG with no time left to tie the game up at halftime.

Game's far from over. A few weeks ago, Wake Forest and FSU were tied 3-3 late in the second quarter. A Wake fan who was out with us, said at the time, "I knew Wake wasn't going to lose by 39 (the spread)." FSU ended up winning 43-3 and covering the spread.

That being said, a Stoudt-led Clemson team is not very impressive.

On replay, it was pretty clear he did not make contact with the helmet... so he shouldn't have been kicked out of the game. However, a penalty would likely be called in that situation in both College and NFL. It was a defenseless receiver who was in the air for a high throw over the middle. The defensive player (with a running start) left his feet to his him high. He never attempted tackle him (or wrap him up)... it was just a flying body check. On an aside, it should be noted that it knocked the Wake player out of the game.
