That's not going to make me get my panties in a bunch. That's going to make me correct, like when I said Nick Foles would get killed this year.

Media misread this one badly. Chip runs the Eagles completely now.

Being pretty loose with the term "media".

Give ESPN credit for being the first to find out who Wilkins is still considering.

fWIW there's a poster on TOS who claims to have played with Wilkins and to have several mutual friends with him and says rumors he's heard around town have been positive for BC.

I'll take the word of the premier sports network in America over an anonymous poster who claims to be hearing good news from Houston.

No I'm not. The Philadelphia inquirer and daily news writers led this charge.

Pitt had the game in hand in the 4th quarter. I went to have some dinner. (It's evening here.) Assumed Pitt had won. Saw this and checked the score. What happened?

Per ESPN

"FORT WORTH, Texas -- Greg Ward threw three touchdowns in the final 3:41 of the Armed Forces Bowl, two after Houston recovered onside kicks, and completed a game-winning 2-point conversion as the Cougars beat Pittsburgh 35-34 with an improbable comeback Friday."

And he left a minute on the clock.

I once came back from 18 points down with 1:37 to go against VT in my NCAA 05 or 06 dynasty mode, including recovering 2 onside kicks. That's the only thing I can really think of to compare that Pitt meltdown to.

Yeah, plenty of guys bring their own systems from home or get one shipped out there. This epic comeback took place in Gabelli however

Oregon fumbles twice and retains possession. One on a replay reversal. Oregon TD and moved the ball at will.

BCdee {l Wrote}:FYI- Louisville's RB Michael Dyer is academically ineligible for their bowl game against Georgia. I'm guessing he did absolutely no work since I think that's pretty hard to do there.

Louisville Community College, the school for 2nd chances:

Former TCU defensive end Devonte Fields is getting a second chance at Louisville.

Fields, who is currently attending Trinity Valley Community College, committed to Louisville during his official visit on Sunday. He is ESPN's No. 3-rated junior college recruit.

The 6-foot-3, 250-pound Fields earned Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year honors as a true freshman in 2012 and was the league's preseason defensive player of the year in 2014. He was dismissed from TCU last August after being charged with misdemeanor assault in July, stemming from allegations he threatened and hit his ex-girlfriend. His legal process has yet to be resolved.
