Winston also was involved in two other minor incidents, but was never arrested or charged in either case. In November 2012, police questioned Winston and other FSU football players after 13 windows were broken at an apartment building near the school's stadium, after an apparent BB gun fight. In the second incident, in July 2013, a Burger King employee called Tallahassee, Fla., police to complain that Winston was stealing soda.

I'm no Judge Judy and executioner, but there's an easy defense to these charges. Publix, the grocery store selling the delicious crab legs, runs a buy one, get one free promotion. They heavily promote this on the televisions and the radio, calling it a "BoGo". Jameis went to Publix once with his Uncle Klompits to buy a chuck roast. Publix was offering a BoGo on the chucks roast, but Klompits only wanted one chuck roasts, so he declined the second part of the BoGo offer. Jameis may or may not be dyslexic, so he thought that the crabs was get one, buy one, or GoBo. He only wanted a certain amount of crab, so he got that. He didn't want the "buy one" part of the offer. Case dismithed.
