Awkward situation for FSU and Rapeis.

With so many things out there being diagnosed and given a special name, I'm surprised a doctor down in Florida can't come up with some new disease/syndrome for Rapeis to be diagnosed with. Then he'd be given a free pass by the school and media. He clearly has diarrhea of the mouth. The problem is he is about 1-2 IQ points higher than what would be considered legally retarded and when he opens his mouth it just isn't quite enough to fit into the Tourette's Syndrome category. He's so close to both but not quite there.
