Infamous Jameis has had a handful of minor legal events already (not counting the rape coverup by TPD). He got very lucky with this getting a citation not an arrest, I bet local PD in FL normally arrest for shoplifting, not saying they should but I bet FL cities are quick to dispense tough love, local cop gets points for an arrest not for NOA, maybe they have negative points for arresting FSU athletes.

Jameis better turn pro quickly before he runs out of luck, FSU protective cocoon
