I think it's easy to defend every individual commitment and I think they're all solid (Glines included), but I do think it's very fair to be disappointed with how its looking overall. There's certainly no Outlow, Landry, or Wade, all of whom who had committed at this time last year.

Considering the MAC offers and the Saint X pipelines it could be worse. Considering some on here were talking top 25 class, its a bit disappointing thus far

He's certainly whiffed one a few (the Mass kids to Northwestern come to mind), but yes... All of who committed are plan A's and B's. There are no plan C's or D's this early on...... The spring eval period JUST started.

Getting an offer during the winter of your Junior year suggests plan A. Do you disagree?

I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt they've been very good so far at picking out talent and the spring eval period is just getting started. I think it'll be a lot like last year where a lot of these guys continue to pick up offers. Also 4 out of the 8 are OL. Every team looks for different things when it comes to OL and in reality most HS OL are total projections anyway and this staff knows OL. I was looking at the offer list earlier and I'm not concerned in the least still very much involved with a lot of guys that people will be happy to land.

Rivals and 247 have yet to evaluate him. Scout has him as a 3* and I've seen a sub 4.5 40 posted. And he's a St. Xavier's kid.

RIvals has changed its star system. It has been pretty common for MAC kids to now have three stars. Bump up the star ratings and you get more customers.
