I know you've been answering a lot of questions today about Tim Tebow, but I wanted to ask you a question about your current job at Boston College. Would you offer Tebow a position on your staff? If so, would you let him coach QB or another position?

When evaluating a quarterback, how much emphasis do you put on arm strength?

The No. 1 thing we evaluate is the ability to win and compete. The next thing is accuracy and arm strength and oveall athleticism. What goes into the ability to win is competitiveness and toughness.

Obviously we evaluate all student athletes in the recruiting process, being rising seniors in high school, being whoever else might come our way.

What part of Ryan Day's resume did you like the most, that convinced you he was right for offensive coordinator at BC?

He's a great recriuter. A bright young football coach. Has a passion for BC. He and I had worked together. He's an extremely loyal guy and he will become one of the great OC's in college football.
