As disappointed as I was with the Addazio hire, I am warming up to him more and more (no homo).

I submitted 4 Qs. One each about his offense, recruiting, expectations of the season and this one:
Wolfman in Leavenworth, KS
I know you've been answering a lot of questions today about Tim Tebow, but I wanted to ask you a question about your current job at Boston College. Would you offer Tebow a position on your staff? If so, would you let him coach QB or another position?

He is talking about TRE's submission:
Stephen (Fort Worth)

When evaluating a quarterback, how much emphasis do you put on arm strength?

Steve Addazio (2:02 PM)

The No. 1 thing we evaluate is the ability to win and compete. The next thing is accuracy and arm strength and oveall athleticism. What goes into the ability to win is competitiveness and toughness.

My recruiting Q won't get asked since it is repetitious of all other's already asked:
Frank from Hingham, MA
How much harder is it to recruit at BC when compared to the other programs you have been at?

Daz isn't saying anything...

...every answer is basically a non-answer filled with rhetoric.

IB (Phoenix)
Have you given any thought to recruiting older players, perhaps transfers who would be men among boys?

Steve Addazio (2:14 PM)
Obviously we evaluate all student athletes in the recruiting process, being rising seniors in high school, being whoever else might come our way.

Stephen (Fort Worth)
What part of Ryan Day's resume did you like the most, that convinced you he was right for offensive coordinator at BC?

Steve Addazio (2:15 PM)
He's a great recriuter. A bright young football coach. Has a passion for BC. He and I had worked together. He's an extremely loyal guy and he will become one of the great OC's in college football.

Steve Addazio (2:16 PM)
I really appreciate the loyal fans, the great alumni and everybody from the BC community for their support. Looking forward to a great 2013. Go Eagles!

Boooo!!!! He didn't even take a post from Zman asking: "In your 4th season, when the roster is filled with your recruits, what is the run:pass ratio you hope to have? What percentage of those passes will travel in the air more than 10 yards?"

One piece of information from the chat that is new...

We are taking the names off of the jersey. Lame.

I thought it was precisely to make it easier for all of our Jersey fans, who are accustomed to identifying people based on what exit number they come from. No?

lest there be any interpretations to the contrary based on the above... i've been in meetings since 11 this morning and had no participation in the espn chat with coach daz

based on the other comments herein it sounds like the chat was either interesting or boring.
now in the street there is violence
and, and a lots of work to be done
no place to hang out our washing
and, and i can't blame all on the sun
