Te'o needs to clarify how this relationship worked. If it was done on the phone and online, did they have phone sex? If not, can you really call it a "relationship"? Merely talking to someone over the phone or typing a conversation does not establish a relationship. I could call my proctologist on the phone to set up an appointment, but that does not mean that I have a "relationship" with my proctologist. How can Swarbrick say that he "thouroughly investigated" the incident without knowing the fundamental issue of whether it was really a relationship?
