2 Serious Questions

With this hire, we have both decided not to renew. I will find tix game day if I feel like going. My old man was holding on to his these last few years in hopes things would turn around.
1. Does this mean Leahy has the final and ultimate decision on the HC?
2. Does Bates have an email address? I want to let him know we aren't coming back, and that he just made a colossal blunder.
