Yes, I know, this belongs in the recruiting thread. Jasudowich flipped to UConn. My anger level is now unbearable and I know this is par for the course with Spaz being escorted out the door soon. UConn?!?! Burn Yawkey to the ground, the AD needs an exorcism, do something right now. Make Spaz's firing public immediately. I'm sure Dez has a bigger boner now than when he walked with Graham Stewart on the beach.

Well... just imagine how bad things would be if Jags was still the head coach. Remember, according to Mike Farrell, BC made the move from Jags to Spaz primarily for the needed uptick in recruiting.

Not even close to concerned about this. As many have said, leaves scholarships for the new coach to work with. This is literally the first recruit that yukon has ever picked up that BC seriously pursued.

ehh, he's one of like 6 or 7 recruits in our class with another offer. I'd rather have him in what will end up being a virtually empty class than not have him in it.

I thought this thread was a joke, especially with this kid's name. I thought it was one of Campion's made up names, but I guess it isn't. That speaks volumes about the quality of a lot of current BC recruits.

UCONN could literally have 3/4 of the current "commits" and all it would mean is that UCONN continues to be a bad program while BC will be better off for it (shedding kids that should never have gotten an offer in the first place) in the long run.

At the end of the day the kid left one very bad program with a coach on the way out for another very bad program with a coach on the way out - but most likely another year from now. Call it equal, until one realizes he left a free education at BC for a free education at .... Uconn! Considering The Jewish Sandwich will never see an NFL field on Sundays, it seems a very smart move to bank on his Uconn degree. Ha ha ha!

Jasudowich appears to be a Lithuanian name based on a google search, so maybe Catholic but who knows with today's kids. Father is Jasudowich, mother could be "Wilson" for all I know and the kid ends up Congregationalist or some God-damn thing. Goes to an Episcopalian school, so he's most likely a Buddist.

Lot of "-ich" ending names can be either Lithuanian, Serbian, Russian and Croatian. Examples include Yakov Smushkevich, Maury Povich, Byron Leftwich and Chicken Parm Sandwich.

This morning's ACC weekly conference, Spaz seems to have a solid read on things...

Q. How have the struggles this season impacted your staff on the recruiting trail, and what's the sales pitch been from you guys at this point?

FRANK SPAZIANI: Well, we have our commits, and everybody seems fine. Once again, whether‑‑ we just had a recruiting meeting the other day. What is our sales pitch? We've got a lot of things to sell at Boston College. I don't think we have enough time in the interview here. We've got a lot of great things.

Don't you mean a warm chicken finger sub with tomato sauce and provolone cheese?

Next year UConn will have Corey Jasudowich and Graham Stewart. These two linebackers have a something in common ; both were BC commits at one time.
They are two very good football players.

Eating a chicken parm sub for lunch every single day would likely lead to one being fairly portly
