My favorite part of the game was finding free tickets in the bathroom in O'Neil. Wasn't planning on going (sure as hell wasn't going to pay), but if some drunk idiot leaves a couple of empties and their tickets behind, I'm all over it.

Getting tickets after working a glory hole makes you a prostitute. Just saying...

Campus was fucking insane, ND night games at least give us the feel of what its like at big games down south

got to Beacon garage around 530 Shea was already insane and there had to be about 5000 lines up to get onto Shea, I however was headed over to More, where some ingenious guy had hooked up a TV with an HD Antena to the portable lights and had the Bama/Aggie game on so we got to watch all of that

you all have covered everything about the game, my biggest thought watching Duece run was 'wouldn't it have been great to have him on 3rd n goal from the 1 instead of our 185lb converted WR caring the rock?

Anyone else notice that the men's hoops team was irked at how little recognition they received when introduced, especially in light of the earlier reception to the hockey team?

Recognition by who? The crowd or the person that wrote the script for the PA announcer?

p and s - If they were irked by the crowd, well, as Randy Watson might say, I was not in a clapping mood Saturday night. Sorry.

I might've been in the bathroom or something but I don't recall the basketball team getting acknowledged on the field at all

They did; with a team photo with the kid that just quit on the Jumbotron. They also acknowledged (for what?) a women's team or two.

I'm curious as to why the basketball team would think they should get the same recognition of the national championship machine of a hockey team.

They were animated and excited as they were announced, and then when the tumbleweed rolled by their expressions ranged from disappointed to a little peeved.

I have no idea about the truth of the recruiting story trip, but I have heard first-hand that Te'o is an outstanding kid who does great work with kids affected by cancer. Consider me a fan (even though he is 3/4 the player Kuechly was).

T'eo sucks. Most overrated college player of all time. He's a mediocre safety.

He has pretty much the same stats as Herzy did his junior year. Which is why I'm quite confused as to all his Heisman hype.
