Yes they are. Two I wrote today are listed in moderation and two I wrote yesterday were never approved.

Apparently he's got Moe as his moderator. You have to be really tricky if you want to get things past him.

Agree, and I suspect it will happen in the not-too-distant future. The resulting conference would certainly not be a power conference but would be solid at both football (Cincy, Houston, Tulsa, UCF) and hoops (Cincy, UConn, Temple, Memphis) and would be able to challenge the MWC as the top mid-major conference.
