TOB's Contract = Rewarding mediocrity

Wow, reading through this I was suprised, bonuses for grad rates over 55% a bonus for 3rd tier bowl and be ranked 15-20th.

I need this in my job, I would love to be nicely compensated for only getting half my crap done.

Edit: I just saw the personal services contract at the end, who would want 24 autographed balls that couldnt be sold or donated?
