Of his recent offers, Boston College is one where the Minnesota native has some connections which could make that recruitment interesting.
"I know it is a great academic school because my cousin is Brandon Robinson, who played receiver for Boston College," Rucker said. "He was just saying to take the process all in and don't try to rush it. He said don't go to Boston College just because he says it is a good place. He said he really liked the school and he had a good time going to the school. I think that will be a factor in my decision."

Robinson was a good player.

The weekend of April 14th could get busy, as OL Dorian Johnson and LB Alex Anzalone have told me they intend to visit. Joining them could be DT Maurice Hurst Jr. who told me “I have a Penn State visit coming up in April. It’s been my favorite school since I was little. I’m wearing Penn State sweatpants right now, actually!”

Chris Laviano got some good news to start his vacation in the Bahamas.
The quarterback from Hicksville (N.Y.) Holy Trinity confirmed to ESPN via a text message that he received a scholarship offer from Boston College on Monday.
“I've been there only once but the college campus was incredible and enjoyed hearing about the tradition at B.C.,” he stated.
Laviano also has a scholarship offer from Rutgers and has received interest from Connecticut.
Laviano obviously isn't afraid to travel. He participated in the Elite 11 regional quarterback camp in Arlington, Texas, last weekend.

With Boston College and Ohio coming through I have practically the same offers as my teammate [Rachid Ibrahim]. We're considering going to school together, but that hasn't been determined yet …I was thinking about committing to BC when I got the offer, but [Boston College assistant] Coach [Al]
Washington said I should wait and see if I liked the school when I visited. He told me not to rush into any kind of decision.

That is a great mock class... too bad you should've added the footnote that this is what the class would've looked like if BC hired Bill O'Brien.

First of all I'm not going to sit here and say Maurice Hurst Jr. is still a lock to land with BC but I spoke with a good source today and apparently the Eagles still feel great about where they're sitting.

George Mason doesn't have a football team so it's JMU.
Glad to see we're recruiting against CAA schools in Football.
