Jeff Jagodzinski's attorney

Gene DeFillipo. Gene felt he was doing his "really, really good friend" a favor, by laying that Jiggsie is in high NFL demand crap on to unsuspecting public. Jiggsie was so damn grateful, that he has cut Gene in on the "Two Shucks Bucks" packy business. If Gene gets fired by BC, he plans on heading to South Carolina to hoist a few.
Unfortunately for us BC fans, if Gene remains AD, it might be difficult to hire a "really good coach", now that he played that charade about wanting a coach who wanted to stay at BC. Going to be really difficult for Gene to dance his way around his self imposed mess.

Glad you brought this up. The liquor store thing is a gag perpetuated by Jon Meterparel, correct? Nothing that man says is to be taken seriously, he says everything tongue-in-cheek, it is a character he plays. He is comic relief for D & C.

Umm... if Vinny is being fired over some sort BS throw away rumor on a website no one knows about, why the hell does Meterparel continue to get paid big bucks being the voice of BC after going onto WEEI and spreading (what you are saying now is a false) rumor about Jags running a packy???? Seriously... this is what GDF involves himself with. THIS is where he spends his time and resources. Keeping lowly underlings in check (instead of doing his own effing job). Big effing surprise that a Springfield College graduate is so thoroughly incompetent.

I did not hear Meterparel say it, but I remember someone on this board cited him as the source. ATL has met the guy multiple times, and maybe he disagrees with me, but I do not take anything Meter says about the program seriously because you never know when he's joking. Would not surprise me in the least if he is still friendly with Jags and the liquor store thing is an inside joke between the two of them. That's the kind of thing he would do.
