ND has never brought more than 5k to BC. Both Clemson and FSU always bring more fans than ND. 50/50 split has never happened. That is the most ridiculous stat every posted on here. The Fenway game will sell out, but there will be plenty of tickets available on the secondary market.

Facilities matter to recruits. The indoor field is needed for practice, player development. Traveling to Foxborough does not make sense.

2012?? I wasn't at the game but it didn't seem 50-50 on TV....if that would have happened any year it would have been 2012 (undefeated ND season until Alabama bent them over, and the final year of the Spaz debacle).

Estimating crowd makeup at BC games is tough, especially with ND, because a lot of BC fans show up in dark blue Red Sox/Patriots gear or green Celtics/generic Irish gear. The same thing happened at the NYC bowl, quite a few BC fans in Yankees or Red Sox hats looking like PSU fans. I want to cockpunch these people, but they are BC fans nonetheless.

mod6A {l Wrote}:400 dollars (US) per ticket x 5,000 tickets for BC's allotment = 2,000,000 dollars?

how do we feel about that?

I have heard that our allotment was only 3,500.

Correction, it was 5,000 for BC and 1,200 are going to the students.

That depends, are they charging the students $400 for the privilege?

After yesterday, I'd say the fighting frogs certainly loses to GT, USC and Clemson....would have also said Stanford, but the Cardinal have quite the ways to go, it appears.

kudos to bc for sending absolutely everyone the opportunity to pay $40 to be at a bar near fenway, what a privilege

nothing like a 'congratulations you won!' email that was sent to 40k people

I haven't read the email. I assume that $40 includes absolutely zero alcohol?

The game is not likely to be over at 10:30. Do they turn off the TVs and through you out at 10:30?
