What is it about these sweeps that the coaches are seeing that makes them want to keep calling them? :lame

Things will improve with the $150 mill athletic fundraising campaign. At least we can hope....

OK, I'm gonna' say it, Dillon's "speed" needs a wide open field to be evident. Given that, if you don't trust the OL to grt him to the second level, then you are pretty much screwed. HJS was correct. Running him wide is fruitless, as the OL are too slow and lumbering to free him.

This isn't true in college football. Coaches can fuck shit up worse than pros.

Brown is pretty bad. Has talent but zero touch or accuracy.

And try some run blitzes to support DTs. The ends have the outside sewn up.

Dillon can’t dominate with 8-9 in the box.
Everyone knows Brown can’t throw the ball for shit.

Dillon is a classic down hill runner. He is too big to run stretch plays

Stop. Dillon has been bad for two weeks and the playcalling for him is worse.

Agree 100% Dillon hasn’t been great, but I’ve counted 8-9 guys in the box consistently.
I’ve noticed a few variations in the play calling. Less sweeps and boundary plays, more runs up in the middle, and what looked to be some zone read calls.
What do you think is missing?

Defense sucks. Color announcer is a toolbox. I'd love to punch him in his face.

This team has no balls. Pathetic.

Running between the tackles from spread formations and play action. The opposite of what they do.

Running the ball out of the same formation we pass out of would def be a good start.

I can't believe how bad Brown is. He blows. D is regressing. Coaching still blows. Play is uninspiring. Why do I ever invest interest in this tereibleness?

So BC to get us excited for the football team only for the annual kick in the nuts when it doesn’t pan out.
We really miss PP.

I’d like to see Loeffler call a screen or a QB draw. This offense is way to predictable

Its pretty simple....the opponents are simply saying "if you can beat us through the air, go ahead and try!" No one thinks Brown is capable of beating them through the air.

Insanity: continue trying same formula...well, you know....

Lead blocker makes a world of difference for him.

Davon Jonez would be a devastating fullback for him.
