QB is actually really good, but hes holding the ball too much. His run on the first play of the game for the BC O should have been a TD to long.

I don’t think he’s terribly smart. I think he needs shit to be simple. In a few years, maybe he’ll grow into it. But, I think he’s a long ways away.
