That drive is exactly what I want to see. Swing pass to RB outside. Toss to AJ Dillon outside. Hit them up the middle with the TE. Go long for TD.

Good balance. Not many runs up the middle... Not exactly shocking that we would score 7 while generally doing other things.

Should ditch the tempo. Lineup quick but don’t snap the ball quick... prevent wake from substituting but eat clock.
Wakes DL would be obliterated by the fourth quarter. They already looked dead as it is.

Dillon used to be a MEAN running back. Not any more. But Bailey absolutely does look like the Dillon from 2 seasons ago in terms of just running angry.

Some of the throws to the TEs over the middle were money. That said the two throw backs were terribly underthrown.

Okay (overall) that 1st half went about as well as could be expected. That is a pretty good Wake Forest team with a very good QB.
