If true, that would be amazing for us, but terrible for Wake. If it can't be played in NC, the only other options are neutral site, playing the first week of December, asking Wake and FSU to move their game so BC and Wake can play 10/20, or cancelling the game completely. I think playing at BC is the best option, but will be challenging for Wake to get back to NC.

The more I read about this hurricane, the more I think this game is being played in Alumni on Thursday night

State of emergency already called in North Carolina, mandatory evacuations along the coast, for God's sake even the Atlantic Fleet is leaving Hampton Roads and heading out to sea. There is not a chance this game is played on Thursday in North Carolina.

My guess is a decision is made tomorrow that Wake will come to BC. If that happens I'll be interested to see how Jarmond handles tickets. It's a unique situation. Other viable option is to move it to Saturday. Storm will be through NC by Thursday evening and depending on the damage, you could play on a Saturday.

If its impossible to play at Wake, I'd like to see them play on Thursday night in Atlanta or maybe Nashville. I don't think the Hurricaine will have any impact in either location.

I already went in fairly heavy on BC when it opened. I thought the line was light and it has move over 2 points. I dont think Wake is very good, but I am started to worry it was over my exuberance at 2 easy BC wins.

Wake is mediocre, has no QB and the weather helps the team with the better lines and running back. Getting in early was smart. Don't second guess - the line is moving for a reason.

Playing earlier on Thursday is the path of least resistance. Students will be there. Many locals attending were probably planning on cutting out of work early anyway, now they can just leave even earlier. ESPN could even show it in the planned 7:30 p.m. TV slot, simply on a delay. Moving the game to a different date or location is a logistical nightmare.
