My point was that if we promote Fitch we need to do a lot better than Swepson as the replacement WR coach

OR

2) bring in Stan Drayton - Ohio State - to be OC, and add QB coach to Fitch's titles. That could be a good step for Drayton to get an FBS Head Coaching job that he may otherwise never get.
